Summer Office Hours for the University of Louisiana System

BATON ROUGE -- Effective June 3, the University of Louisiana System office will begin a four and a half day (4 ½) work week until Aug. 5, 2013.   Official office hours will run from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. until noon on Friday.

While employee work schedules may need to be varied from the officially recognized schedule, all employees will be responsible for working 40 hours each week.

This temporary schedule change will bring the management office in line with many of the UL System's nine campuses that have switched to four and a half day work weeks.  Those schedules are included below.
