When and where will the Universities of Louisiana System Inaugural Conference be held?
The conference will take place on February 1 - 2, 2018 at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA. Due to limited space, the conference will be limited to 350 participants.
How much are registration fees for the conference?
The conference registration will be $25. This includes attendance for both days and access to all sessions, conference materials and meals.
What is the conference dress code?
The conference dress code is business attire. Temperatures in the conference rooms vary so if you are prone to getting cold, carry a light sweater or jacket with you.
What is the registration cancellation and refund policy?
You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org by Wednesday, January 10. Please allow 10 business days for processing. There are no refunds on cancellations received after January 10.
How do I make changes or corrections to my completed registration?
To make changes or corrections to your registration, please email email@example.com with the corrected information.
I can no longer attend the conference. Can I send someone in my place?
If you are no longer able to attend and would like someone else to attend in your place, please email firstname.lastname@example.org by January 26 with that person's name, title and email address.
How can I request special assistance?
If you require special assistance, auxiliary aids, or other reasonable accommodations, please contact Anne McKisson at email@example.com no later than Wednesday January 10, 2018.
