Sarah Leonards

Sarah Leonards is a dedicated and experienced professional at McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana. She currently serves as the Executive Director for Enrollment Management, where she plays a pivotal role in supporting students and enhancing their academic experience. In this leadership position, Sarah oversees a variety of enrollment initiatives and works collaboratively with departments across campus to ensure students receive personalized, comprehensive support throughout their academic journey.

With more than 23 years of service at McNeese in multiple student-centered and alumni roles, Sarah has continually demonstrated her commitment to student success. A proud alumna, she has earned three degrees from McNeese, further deepening her connection to the university community.

Sarah’s dedication, strategic insight, and collaborative approach have made a lasting impact on the McNeese campus. Her efforts not only improve student experience but also help strengthen the university's support network and streamline the processes that guide students toward graduation.
