The University of Louisiana System (UL System) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information when individuals interact with UL System websites, programs, and services.

• University of Louisiana System member institutions when necessary to support program participation, enrollment, student success initiatives, degree completion efforts, or related system programs.

• Government agencies, law enforcement, or regulatory authorities when required by law or legal process 

Photography and Media 

As part of UL System communications, photography or video may occur during programs, events, or institutional activities. Images or recordings may be used in publications, websites, marketing materials, or social media to promote UL System initiatives and member institutions. 

Individuals who prefer not to have their images used may request exclusion by contacting the UL System office responsible for the event or program in advance. Reasonable efforts will be made to honor such requests; however, the UL System cannot guarantee that all images captured in public or group settings can be fully excluded. 

SMS Communications 

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from a UL System program through web forms or other methods, such as verbal consent, you may receive messages related to program participation or services. These may include: 

• Meeting scheduling and reminders 

• Program updates or notifications

• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan
