Board Member
Elizabeth Pierre is an attorney and economic developer from Monroe. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Juris Doctorate from the Southern University Law Center. Pierre practiced law before beginning a twenty-year career in economic development with the Ouachita Economic Development Corporation, where she directed a federally designated tax district. She currently serves on the Board of Supervisors for the University of Louisiana System, the Area 81 Workforce Investment Board, the Ouachita Parish Industrial Development Board, and the Northeast Louisiana Bar Foundation.
