2026 Academic Summit

The Academic Summit is a cornerstone event that celebrates and advances the intellectual and creative achievements of the UL System undergraduate students. Outstanding students from each of our member institutions will present their research, creative arts, and service-learning activities.

A registration form is available for individuals who plan to attend the Academic Summit but are not presenting. Please use the following link to register:

Note: This registration form is intended for non-presenters only. Presenters should not use this form. All presenters must contact their designated university mentor to complete their registration.

Schedule Overview

Thursday, April 16

2 p.m. to 3 p.m. – Check-in and poster set-up 
3:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. – Welcome Address
3:45 p.m. to 5 p.m. – Poster Presentations
5 p.m. to 6 p.m. – Welcome Reception with light refreshments
6 p.m. to 7 p.m. – Stage Performances
5 p.m. to 8 p.m. – Art Exhibition

Friday, April 17
7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. – Registration and poster viewing (light snacks provided at check-in)
9 a.m. to 12 p.m. – Panel and Research Presentations
12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. – Lunch provided; keynote speaker and awards
